When We Are Closed

Telephone Access

The surgery's telephone lines are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm - noting the following:-

During the following times calls are transferred to the Sheffield GP Collaborative.

Calls after 5.30pm - you will be directed to call NHS 111 or 999 if a clinical emergency.

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.30am, 12.30pm to 2.00pm and 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

excluding Thursdays where lines tranfer at 12.30pm to 6.30pm.

Please also note the following telephone options:

Option 1 - For reception team, to assist with home visits, help with the Total Triage form, Nurse appointments or General Enquiries - patients are requested to call as early as possible

Option 2 - Secretary Team for referral enquiries

Option 3 - Repeat Prescription help
